Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours after an order is placed and only if it hasn’t been sent. We process orders as quickly as possible, in order to receive your package in time.

Replacements & Refunds
Replacement & Return Policy is valid for 30 days, after the receipt of your order. After 30 days, no replacement/ refund can be done.
The refund will be done within 30 days from the date we receive your return.
Please, send us a photo of the damaged item(s) firstname.lastname@example.org . Be sure that the defective surface is distinct.
Our team will analyse the photos, before the replacement or refund.
We do not accept returns via rejected or refused packages, forgotten, abandoned packages and packages returned outside the return process of the company. Also, any product you return must be in the condition you received it and in the original packaging.
We reserve the right to reject a replacement/ refund, if you do not meet the standards. That’s why we encourage customers to read our policy and make sure that all items can be returned, in order to avoid disappointment.
If the 30 days from the receipt of your return have passed and you haven’t received your refund, contact us. Please, keep in mind that it may take some time for the refund to show up at your bank account (5-10 business days).
